Who We Are

Assurance Benefits Group, LLC is a faith-based employee benefits Insurance practice serving the insurance needs of both employers and their employees throughout South Carolina and surrounding states.

We provide our expertise and resources to the small and mid-size employer market with a large selection of insurance companies with whom we have earned excellent working relationships. Additionally we have developed a portfolio of partnerships for administrative services, which add value and provide virtually any resource an employer may need to complete their employee benefits and/or Human Resource needs.

    ABG’s Benefits Administration system has solved a variety of issues for our agency that we didn’t even know we had. It has made a dramatic difference in the way we store and disseminate important employee information.     I have known Tammie for almost 15 years. She started providing my company healthcare needs at least 10 years ago. Through all of the economic and governmental changes we have experienced over the last decade, she has done a great job of not only shopping our health insurance, eye care, dental care, long term disability, and life insurance needs, she has helped choose the best plans for us. She has consistently kept us up to speed on the latest healthcare changes as well as government regulations and requirements. The latter being a job in its self.     It has been my pleasure to work with Tammie for the last two years or so. I recently came to work for UWASC from another United Way. I must admit, when I first met Tammie and got to see her work first hand, I was blown away! From the annual enrollment meetings, helping to keep our rates down, creative thinking as far as coverages for our employees have all been at a very high level…frankly higher than I had experienced before and than I expected. Tammie has been relentless in assisting us with enrollments, billing issues, helping our organization to acquire on-line billing, and other tools that help us to minimize work and risk from our human resource and employee benefit processes. She works very hard with us on things like this. She is always accessible at a moment’s notice and has been a lifesaver in keeping us in compliance, which seems to grow more difficult each day. I cannot think of a single negative our organization has experienced in working with Tammie and her company. Everything has been handled professionally and smoothly.
