We provide our expertise and resources to the small and mid-size employer market with a large selection of insurance companies with whom we have earned excellent working relationships. Additionally we have developed a portfolio of partnerships for administrative services, which add value and provide virtually any resource an employer may need to complete their employee benefits and/or Human Resource needs.
Our team has over 60 years of combined experience working with both large and small employers in both the fully-insured and self-insured arenas. We believe in taking on leadership roles within our practice and our industry, having two individuals within our practice who have served as President of the South Carolina Association of Health Underwriters (SCAHU).
As healthcare services continue to evolve and become more expensive, we help our clients with proven strategies to control costs, and then communicate those strategies to their employees.
Part of this strategy is to guide and provide the means for employers to be compliant with the requirements of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and other HR laws. We do this by providing legal alerts, webinars and expert advice by our firm and our industry partners. Ignoring these laws is not an option, and penalties can be significant.
